It is a momentous occasion in the life of an organization when the leader steps down and hands over the reins to his or her successor in a planned and seamless way. It is that much more momentous when the founding leader who created that organization and grew it for 41 years turns over that leadership to someone he has mentored for 28 years. As the recipient of that trust and confidence and as SPIN’s new CEO, I want to thank David Losinno for creating an organization that has always been about nurturing the possibilities and dreams of people.
