Richard GreenfieldRich has an MBA from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, PA with a concentration in Information Technology and a BS in Business Management from LaSalle University. With twenty-seven years of experience in the field of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Rich began his career in manufacturing management and logistics where he became extremely well versed in the areas of customer service, productivity and project management in the business sector.

Since 1984, Rich has worked for SPIN and over the span of 17 years he rose from a Production Administrator to the CIO of the organization. As CIO for over a decade, Rich transformed many of the agency paper intensive processes into electronic database systems. Rich was also responsible for driving the online communication strategy for the SPIN website and the employee web portal. In June 2009, Rich took on the added responsibility for SPIN Day Services, including the Day Program at the Norcom Community Center and SPIN Employment Services. Rich has served on the Philadelphia Alliance Information Services Committee for three years. In March 2011, Rich was selected to serve on the Board of the Eagle Workers Compensation Trust.

In February 2011, Rich was promoted to COO of SPIN. He possesses more than a decade of online database development and project management skills, along with a deep understanding of the strategic business needs of the agency. A skilled facilitator, Rich brings people together to have authentic conversations that create consensus within an organization.
