 Donna has been with SPIN for 27 years, all of them in the Human Resources Department. She possesses a Bachelors Degree Business Administration with a concentration in Personnel Management and Labor Relations. Donna also possesses a Masters Degree from Villanova University in Human Organization Science with a concentration in Human Resources Management. When Donna came to SPIN in 1984, the Personnel Department was created and SPIN employed 100 employees. Donna began her career in the Personnel Department as the Employee Benefits Coordinator and, over the years, she has had the opportunity to perform all job roles in the department. Today, we have close to 1000 employees and the Department is now titled Human Resources and encompasses both Employee Services and Professional Development. Donna takes great pride in recruiting, training and retaining a top notch workforce while providing cutting edge benefits for all employees. Our employees are SPIN’s number one asset and the Human Resources Department’s number one customer.
